- Use $LOGDIR where we want the dir and not the file
- use $LOG where we want the file.
- use proper "" around variables where they have to be

implement hooks run at various places.

Implement 5 hooks so we can call scripts at various places of the
mirror sync.
Also make runmirrors optional, depending on if we are a hub or not.
